When time does camp start? Registration is between 2:00 pm and 4:15 pm on Sunday in Art Hall. Room and Board payment is due upon arrival (by cash or check only). Our youth will have a mandatory welcome and orientation at 4:30 PM in Chilton Hall. Dinner for the entire camp is at 5:30 PM.
Early arrivals for lunch on Sunday will be charged extra and should contact Mr. Kevin Moomaw at the conference center (540-856-2141) to make reservations for lunch that day.
Packing
What to bring?
Campers should bring a Bible, sweater, raincoat, good walking shoes, electric fan(s), bathing suit, toiletries, and flashlight. Some campers choose to bring snacks and/or drinks for between meals - each cabin has a shared refrigerator available.
Blankets are provided, but linens and towels are not, so you will need to bring sheets and towels. Most beds at camp are twin beds, but not all. Please bring a twin sheet set for each camper in your household, as well as one additional queen set (just one for your family), in the event you are placed in a room with a double or queen bed.
